Okay, so I decided to make one of my Severed blog tour stops a Q & A. But I need you guys to ask me the questions! Ask me a question about my personal life or something about writing. Whatever!
Comment below with a question (no more than three per person) and I will choose 5 - 10 to answer on a vlog tour stop. I'll be giving you credit for the question too (either by first name or user id, whatever you leave in the comment).
Oh - and one lucky commenter below will win an e-ARC of Severed!!!!!! (Winner chosen by random.org)
Contest starts now and ends November 10th at midnight CST.
Really? You'll really enter me for asking something this silly?
ReplyDelete;-)
(I can't wait to read Severed)
I have another question, too -- how do you handle writing more than one series at a time?
ReplyDeleteAlso, do you outline each book as well as an overall arc before you start, or do you do each book as you go?
How do you celebrate your book release days?
ReplyDeleteHey Megg! I'm excited for Severed!!! Thanks for an awesome giveaway. My question is: What inspires your writing?
ReplyDeleteShelby Rodewald
1. As a writer mom, how do you balance work and family?
ReplyDelete2. What advice do you have for aspiring writers?
3. Are you a pantser or a plotter? Do you write by the seat of your pants or plot out everything before you sit down to write?
1. When do you do your best writing?
ReplyDelete1. Can you do the Time Warp?
ReplyDelete2. If you could be any one of your characters, who would you be?
3. Out of your favorite books, which world would you want to live in?
(This is fun! And yes that first question was completely random lol)

When do you know that a story is finished?
ReplyDeleteWhat would you say is the most difficult part of being an Indie Author?
ReplyDeleteIf you could pick any super power to have, which would you choose?
I've got one for you - how attached to you get to your characters? Do you find it harder or easier to torment them when you feel more empathy towards them?
ReplyDelete(aside note: I'm a weird psycopathic author who loves to torment her favourites. Just wondering if I was the only one xD)
What did you find the most difficult aspect of writing a sequel?
ReplyDeleteVerbvixen @ gmail.com
who is your best friend/s? how do they/he/she translate into your books? Would you say one of your characters was this person?
ReplyDeletetess.m.watson@gmail.com
OK Megg, here's mine.
ReplyDeleteI know that you were a little emotional when you finished Severed - understandable. I don't want to know if it had to do with what happened in the book, so don't panic. :) My question is, how hard is it to say goodbye to the characters once you've finished? You've spent a lot of time with them and even though you've brought them full circle, I just wondered if it was as tough as I'm assuming to leave them behind.
Oh wow, there are a lot of great questions already.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you do to overcome writer's block?
Is there a male character from your books that you secretly crush on?
what music do you listen to whilst you write?

what's the best book you've read this year?
ReplyDeleteThanks to everyone who entered! Jennifer Snyder was the winner of the eARC!
ReplyDeleteI will be answering questions from Debi, Amy&Shelby, Kim, Ky, Jennifer, Shirley, and Tasnim on the December 6th tour stop at That Bookish Girl! :D
